A wonderful experience shopping for our daughters Prom Dress. All the girls we super helpful and nothing was too much. She said YES to the DRESS!!!

Such an amazing experience trying on dresses, absolutely lovely, knowledgeable, kind staff who really know how to listen to what you want and find the idea dress for you. So much choice to suit your budget, and such a lovely place to try the dresses on, luxury seating area and nice touches like drinks, sweets and such making it an even more special, enjoyable appointment. I cannot recommend this place enough, thankyou so much

Wonderful experience at Lancashire Wedding house! Amazing helpful staff, beautiful selection of Prom dresses and accessories to suit all budgets. We didn't need to look anywhere else, we said "Yes! to the beautiful dress!" One excited daughter, all Prom ready! Thanks so much .

UNREAL !! Been here many times prom dress shopping, came here for my dress and I’ve taken many friends and family for their own. The staff are always unbelievably friendly and helpful, Infact I’ve never met a better group of staff in my life. 1000/10 recommend to anyone dress shopping. Will definitely be going back 🙌🏼🙌🏼

******* Edit to inital review - we were greeted by one member of staff! Who said she was too busy!!! We didnt get shown to the racks like everyone else, I'm sorry but your reply to my review is laughable!!! If as you day you are a small business reputation and WOM is the biggest seller... you clearly didn't read my review properly as I am on the look out for a wedding dress and will not be visiting your establishment to fulfill this.... ******** Not a very pleasant experience today, whilst looking for my neices Prom dress. From walking through the door we felt very unwelcome. Whilst other people had very attentive service from the girls in there, the most we got was a girl pinning the dress as it was far too big. We didn't once get asked if we needed any assistance. Very poor service! Was planning to book in when I start looking for my wedding dress for my wedding next year. However, based on the experience today, it will be a no.

The staff was absolutely amazing, the service was great, I could not recommend enough to anyone looking for a dress, took my sister in and was greeted by lovely staff who instantly got to work and found her dream dress, couldn’t believe the standard and quality of the dresses 100/10 amazing

Amazing place, we have just been for my little sisters prom dress and everything about this place was just stunning! The staff were so amazing and helped us out every step of the way and were so patient - couldn't recommend more xx

**Edit to the response** I am not out to belittle any business, simply giving an honest review** The girl that "helped us when we walked in" told us she was very busy and needed to sort something first. The one 2 one was avilable to every one else but us!!! Thats strange. No one was around for us to ask for extra assistance on having tried on the dresses, hence why we where stood there awkwardly as you must have seen on CCTV, And when we left there was 3 girls stood behind the counter gossiping and barely noticed us!!!... so that would be the short staff!!** Visited yesterday for my daughters prom dress and I was really underwhelmed with the service I received. I felt like from the minute we walked in we where a burden and just left to our own devices in trying to choose, wasn't asked for our preferences or given any advice. When trying on it was the same, very little help although the girls around us seemed to be getting plenty. Once finished and knowing what we wanted we stood there not knowing what to do and there was no one around at this point so just decided to leave. We went to Victoria Louise in Oswaldtwistle and received a much better service and bought a gorgeous dress.

Really disappointed, the initial experience was excellent, paid for the dress in full, then I have really struggled to get hold of them after receiving a message to say my daughter’s dress was ready. Collected and the dress is faulty, not what you expect when you pay so much for a dress. I will now have to pay to get it fixed, they did offer to get their alterations to fix it, but considering how difficult they are to get hold of, I didn’t want to risk this. Really disappointed as I have sent a lot of my friends here for dresses also! Such a shame
