Brilliant service the lady who works there was very knowledgeable was told by another locksmith that we needed new key and fob costing £ 98 + vat she put new key blade in existing fob for £24 and it works like a dream

Bought new car key 6 wk ago, clicker didn't work. Today I walked out of a pet shop, chap with sack of dog food - put key in door and key broke. They refused to fix it, even when I stated the guarantee stated by the MLA who they are authorised by. But they still refused to correct. I said I'll complain to the MLA, he recommended I didn't do that as morally wrong. Keys are. Sold with 12 month guarantee which should morally and lawfully be adhered to. I won't be using again.

Amazing service. I snapped my key in the front door. This company is so friendly, they didnt rip me off by charging me for a full new lock. They just managed to cut a new key from the broken one. All within minutes. Fast and very efficient :)
