Just finished 6 week beginners course..was really enjoyable, so much so booked on another 6 week course . Wonderful sessions and met some great people. Give it a go !you might surprise yourself. Well worth it.

My love of ceramics and pottery began during covid when Stella somehow managed to deliver zoom tutorials! Highly entertaining which led to regular sessions in hand building pottery using coils, slabs and pinch pots with excellent tuition from Stella and a great friendship group to bounce ideas off! With the introduction of wheel throwing I have developed another new skill - not quite pottery throwdown standard but we all have to start somewhere! I can highly recommend Pendle Pottery Studio if you’re looking for a new hobby.

I have been going to the Tuesday night potters wheel classes for the last 6 weeks. The studio is fab, well kitted out etc. Martin who teaches the classes is so lovely and a great teacher. Stella who runs the studio is lovely too! Can’t wait to start my next course soon ☺️

Small group. Instruction and guidance from an experienced Potter who is friendly, approachable and patient. I have Multiple Sclerosis and found some aspects a little challenging but I improved over the 6 weeks. I have thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

Excellent experience leaning to throw pots. Great facilities, Stella is brilliant teacher, very patient and knowledgeable.

Had a great time at my first pottery session with Stella . I’ve never done pottery before but it was great to actually produce a pot at my first attempt . Stella’s enthusiasm and knowledge really gave me confidence and I’m looking forward to learning and creating more . It was only a very small group due to Covid restrictions but everything felt well organised and safe at her studio . Can thoroughly recommend.
